Answer important questions and submit/verify necessary documentation as specified by your senior living community or skilled nursing facility, thereby improving community safety.
Upon arrival at the Accushield Kiosk, simply scan your mobile QR code for sign-in, record your temperature via the kiosk, and instantaneously print a name badge – all without the need to physically touch the kiosk screen.
Stay up-to-date with tailored information regarding the latest safety and health protocols at your senior living community or skilled nursing facility.
Provide feedback on your experience through a customer satisfaction survey before departing.
Effortlessly answer questions across multiple senior living communities and skilled nursing facilities using just one account with Accushield Mobile.

How to use Accushield Mobile:

For Staff: Upon opening the app for the first time, confirm your status as a staff member at an Accushield community by entering your mobile number and receiving a verification code via text. Note: Each staff member utilizing the app must have their mobile phone number saved in their Staff Member Account within the Accushield Dashboard.
For Family/Guests and Healthcare/Service Providers: Upon launching the app, verify your identity as a family/guest or healthcare/service provider at an Accushield community by providing your mobile number and receiving a verification code via text. Note: Family/Guests or Healthcare/Service Providers must have previously signed in at an Accushield Kiosk, which captures their mobile phone number, before using Accushield Mobile.
Prior to arriving at the Accushield Kiosk, access Accushield Mobile and click on "Sign In" to respond to your community's personalized screening questions and generate a unique sign-in QR code.
Once you reach the kiosk, scan the QR code displayed on your mobile device to initiate the sign-in process.
Your verified name badge serves as proof that you have successfully completed the sign-in and screening procedures at the kiosk.
When you are ready to leave the community, select "Sign Out" in Accushield Mobile to generate your sign-out QR code.
Scan your sign-out QR code at the kiosk to finalize the sign-out process.
